My ds keeps freezing!

There are many reasons behind a laptop could get frozen, it may be caused either by a software problem or hardware malfunction. If is a software problem, you can use troubleshooting software to solve it, but if it is hardware related, then you may need to get some one to look at it for you.

are you taking the game out when you turn it on?

take this to the verizon repair store nearest you and explain your problem..when mine starting freezing up it was just a download of new software it needed because of a glitch when they first came out.

Remove the cartridge and then blow in it to remove all the dust, this should make it start working again

its a processor fault I'm afraid - needs new motherboard :-(

what ever you do dont listen to him there is a solution mine was stuck white screen and would not turn off and i was so close to doing what he said but now here is the solution

Step one:unplug dsi (if it is charging)
step two:close the dsi
step three:once it is closed turn volume down all the way witout opening
step four:set the dsi in front of a fan vent or someplace it will get a breeze
step five:open the dsi and hold power switch for like 6 to 10 seconds
(even when it turns off keep holding it for a couple more seconds)
now you an plug it back in and turn it on and VAWALä

the game is defective or had a virus in it plz do not insert it again so the ROM of DS wont get infected or corrupted then a new firmware is needed

well u need to go on there website and speek to the costemer servis and the will sort it out.

Try using some alcohol to clean the contacts of the card and leave some on and reinsert a few times - leave to evaporate and try again - sounds like dirty contacts!

Clean the battery contacts and the DS pins with alcohol and toilet paper or qtip. Do the same with the game contacts and the slot pins taking care not to broke them.

If using a flashcart then you have a defective unit.
