The driver for the Mouse/keyboard has to be installed and configured properly in-order to function properly.

in google Try typing your computer name with help and support at the end of i then click on the help and support web thay will have the original drivers that came with the pc

So..You have to push "turbo" button in addition to shortcuts ones....I had the same problem and I have tried...and it works !
Then I wrote to Samsung and they asnwered me that's the right solution, and please me to  tell it to other persones..
It's Colombo's egg, I suppose...:-)

Try to reinstal the drivers for your keyboard, i think that will solve your problem.

The buttons may be loose or a small chip is probably broken. For this, you may need to replace the item instead of fixing it.
