This is the worst mp3 player ever invented - i have to tell you this up front. There is no driver, the company does not support the product anymore - I would return it now while you still can.

i have the same problem and mine wont turn off in less i take out the battery it just keeps on flashing the ilo logo if some one knows how to fix it or how i can contact the manufacture (i lost my instruction book) it would be greatly appreciated.

The funny~.mp3 names are usually because the title field is not filled in in the mp3 property tags, so it uses the DOS version of the filename for the title. Under windows, right click the song and select properties->summary->advanced, and make sure that the title field under "description" has what you want in it. I don't think even the makers of Ilo know how it organizes the files.
