MESSAGE O A PANAFAX UF-790 STATES CHECK CASSETTE MESSAGE IN MEMORY

HOW DO I RETRIEVE ALL MESSAGES FROM CASSETTE. HAVE URGENT FAXES CAN NOT PRINT THEM OUT HELP!

Check cassette means the paper feed tray. Pull out the paper tray, put in fresh paper. Close the paper tray and see if it starts to print. If not, let me know Ed

ERROR CODE 041 ON PANAFAX

There is a fix for this. But only a Panasonic tech has access to the parts for the fix. The toner sensor underneath must be moved closer to the cartridge, you are not low on toner.

check your paper tray ,message goes to memory when there is some problem ,your tray is not inserted properly

its a receiving error code means a computer was trying to fax you and it didnt connect properly

You probably have bad jobs stuck in memory if you are not dead out of toner.

To clear the memory

press
function
7
monitor key slowly 4 times
*
6
scroll down to ALL JOB CLEAR
set

your fax will now reboot after 2 mins.

We have a Panasonic Panafax UF-790

It could be a refilled Kyocera KM-F650 cartridge in a Panasonic UG-5510 box.

They look identical, but are configured differently.

You need to try another cartridge as it appears it is not a machine problem.

Panafax uf-790 - info code = 011

Check cassette refers to the paper cassette. If there is no paper or the cassette is not seated correctly, then you will get that error. If you tried those, then check the left rear of the cassette for a tab. If that tab is broken off you will get this error and you need a new paper cassette. Good luck.

if its only a few % like 1, 2, or some thing its probably nothin retrievable, you can have a tech come and clear it but if all else is working and the mssage in mem file dosent keep growing try and ignore it till next service

I can neither send or receive faxes

hi 003 - Recording paper jammed when feeding from the 3rd cassette. Remove the jammed paper. (1) Open the Printer Cover. (2) Remove the jammed paper. (3) Slide out the Paper Cassette. (4) Remove the jammed or wrinkled paper and reload the recording paper into the paper cassette. Caution: Make sure that the paper is set under the clips of the Paper Cassette. You can load about 500 sheets with standard weight paper (20 lb. or 75 g/m2). good luck
