I washed a chenille throw in my washer last night and it came all apart. The washer will not completely drain and I can run a new load but it stops with about 20 minutes left and will not spin and drain. I'm thinking I need to clean out the hoses as they are probably full of little bits of chenille, but I don't know what to do.
Open the back panel to access the hoses. look for the largest-diameter round hose and disconnect it. this should be the drain hose. it also should lead to a vertical-rising pipe or hose that then dumps downward (U-tube at top) into your house piping outside the washer. My hunch is the clog is somewhere before the area where you disconnected and may need to remove all hoses from the pump and also clean pump's impeller.

Hi
This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged
drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and
remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower
front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs,
you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely, if the issue returns then it is time for a new pump. Hope this
helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

We took all the hoses off and cleaned them out. They were all cogged with the chenille fuzz! Big clumps of it! It took awhile to get the clamps back on, but the washer is running smoothly now. Thanks!
