Once you answered some simple questions, they will send more mails for more information. Or they let you click to check your computer. Once you allowed then to "check" you lost control over your own computer. well im not able to get ur question correctly, as far as i understood, u got an email, but u pressed save button, if this is the case, then the mail wud surely be in ur drafts, incase u have deleted the mail then try finding it in ur trash(deleted mails), use search option in the mail box if u rmbr the subject or content of mail.
Note: If the mail has been deleted from ur Trash, then there is no way to retrieve it back.
