While iam playing the video in windows media player the video is playing but the sound is not coming . other players are also not working pls help me
Please go to the device manager then after that go to the sound option and see if there are any drivers missing or its dissble or the best soultion its download 3dp chip from google and reinstall driver from there

As it gives the message that the drivers are not installed. I would recommend you to download the latest driver and install the same and your issue would be resolved.

Ok. Well then all you need is to update your drivers. There is software
available to do this for you, but you will have to pay. This makes life
easier, but its not necessary. If you choose this option, I recommend uni blue driver scanner.
You
can also use the device manager to update your drivers. Follow the
steps provided before to reach the device manger but this time, right
click on the unidentified devices and select update drivers. A new
window will open prompting you to either look for drivers online or in
a chosen directory, search online. In my own experiance, I've noticed
this methoded usually doesn't give the best results.
If you can
find out exactly what the unidentified devices are then you can search
for the drivers online at the manufacturers website.
If this
is a company distributed laptop or desktop (e.g. HP, DELL, Sony), well,
then your in luck, you won't have to know the names of the devices, as
long as you didn't change any hardware in your computer.
For example, I am using a Compaq Presario F761US notebook pc.
I
would go to www.hp.com > Support & Drivers > Download drivers
and software (and firmware) > and search for my product. Compaq
Presario F761US. Then select my operating system, Vista.

can do the same for your laptop or desktop or if you provide the

A note on the recovery disk, that suggestion

First you have check no yor BIOS that your internal sound card is enabled or disabled and then check on your device whether it's being detected
If your system detects it then you need drivers for the sound card
