The screen freezes just after it says hello

The screen freezes just after if says hello. could someone tell me are you supposed to touch the screen at this point or do you press one of the buttons

im at the very begining but dont worry i downloaded the american version in 10mins and it is working a treat. thanks for your help anyway

I have the same problem, occurs for me just after I have circled the village, it looks like a new intro and the screen goes blank

The samsung touch screen of my genoa GT-C3510 won't work, it has this weird resolution thing on the screen and it shows that i have a new message but i cant get the touch screen to work i tried restarting...

hello,if your touch screen does not work as supposed,it could be as a result of two things,
1.jammed application,this could only be fixed with the use of an internet flash by an authorized mobile phone repair man,this in most cases could be the cause.
2.bad screen,if this occurs,you will have to change the faulty screen and replace it with a new one,after that is done you will have your phone working as supposed.

It starts normally and than freezes on the touch screen.

hello all you need to do try and get anti virus that will fit the phone,if that does not work then try and change the screen.there are two screen on any touch screen phone.so change the one for the touch screen,if that dont work meaning there is a virus in that phone so its need to be flashed.

Yes! Yes! The exact same thing is happening to my nuvi 1300 right now one month after yours. What did you figure out? Can someone help? I've also tried to do the clear the device by pushing the right hand corner of the screen while powering on and I do not get any sort of 'would you like to clear everything?' message that I'm suppose to get. I'm going to check into battery recall that I heard about, but I don't think it's for the Nuvi 1300. Someone help! A :)

It sounds like you need to a master reset. You can also go to your settings and you will see touch screen icon. There you will be able to realign your digitizer (touch screen)

Touch keeps showing apple screen and restarting

I had the same problem with my IPod touch 2nd generation. What you do, is you leave your ipod in a cold area but not too cold. i'd say put it in your refrigerator for about a day or so. it should freeze the battery and cause it to reset. But if you know what happened to it, then tell me so i can help you solve your other problem. ~~RJ~~

first you need to partition the drive, then format it, for XP use NTFS file system.... by the way.. if someone already set it up for you..why are you doing it again? Its supposed to be a one-time thing

I am sad that the Imate Jama is not providing much use to you. However, it will be a useful one if you are going to explore its functionalities.
Anyhow, in regard with your problem, we cannot do anything with it, the only recommendation I could tell you is to bring your PDA to a service technician to further check the hardware error of it especially the touch screen does not working properly.
