When it comes to gas connections on the espresso machiones I will usually tell my clients to take it to their heating(furnace) expert, because if it is set wrong you can burn down your place.
SOURCE: Can you turn off one of the left or right sides on
1-Cover the buttons on offending side (paper and 1 min to do)
2-Reprogram one side to give it a short dose. (5 mins to do)
3-remove power to group valve (screwdriver and 20 mins to do)
Note if you do remove the power, please leave a note for the crew as they will probably call a technician in to 'repair' it again.

The ginder udjustment for M2 is behind the coffee bean hopper. It is a small level hundle. You have to pull it up and rotate it step by step clockwise for more fine.
