SOURCE: how to take the back off of my Wenger swiss watch
There is a tool that you need that adjusts to the three holes or openings in the back of your watch and it just screws off. If you don't have access to the tool, simply take two push pins and CAREFULLY insert them into the openings and unscrew the back cover. Remember that it unscrews counter-clockwise.
SOURCE: I can not change the date on my Wenger Swiss
As you pull the mainstem out, there will be a position, a 'notch' if you will, whereby as the hour and minute hands are rotated the date will change. Rotate ONLY clockwise, and when the desired date appears, be sure to turn an additional 360 degree turn on the hands if you are setting the date in the afternoon. Otherwise, the date will lag by 12 hours.
