How do I get sound to my Sennheiser RS120 wireless headphones when it shows as working properly?

Dirty volume control on headphones. Try moving the volume control back and forth several times to clean off the contacts.

Panasonic RP HT711 headphones.

There could be several reasons why your Panasonic RP HT711 headphones are not working properly with your laptop and TV. Here are some things you can try:
  1. Check the connections: Make sure that the headphone jack is fully inserted into the laptop or TV. If it's not fully inserted, you may not get any sound or the sound may be very low.
  2. Check the volume levels: Make sure that the volume on your laptop or TV is turned up and not muted. You can also try adjusting the volume on the headphones themselves to see if that makes a difference.
  3. Test the headphones on another device: Try testing the headphones on another device, such as a phone or tablet, to see if they work properly. If they work fine on another device, then the issue may be with your laptop or TV.
  4. Update drivers: If you're using the headphones with a laptop, make sure that you have the latest audio drivers installed. You can check the manufacturer's website for the latest drivers and installation instructions.
  5. Try a different cable: If you're using a cable to connect the headphones to the laptop or TV, try using a different cable to see if that solves the problem.
If none of these solutions work, then it's possible that there is a problem with the headphones themselves and they may need to be repaired or replaced.

No sound even after install audio driver

Have you got the volume control at the bottom right of your task bar? If you have, can you open the volume control, if you can, does it show it moving?
Have you tried a pair of headphones? that will check the speakers and headphone socket contacts.
Have you entered and adjusted your Sound Mixer?

Without any more info, I am just guessing.

I bought my rca headphones a long time ago and haven't used them in years. I was wondering, how do I hook them up to my computer. And what all I need to do to hook them to my computer.

Just plug the RCA Headphones Base Station into the headphone or speaker jack on the back of your computer (the headphone or speaker jack usually being green in color), and turn the volume up in Microsoft Windows to about 75%, then adjust the volume control on your headphones to a comfortable level. (p.s. even if you don't use Microsoft Windows, turn the volume up to about 75%, as most computer sound chips are very similar in their output level.)

Heaphones volume through speakers

Unfortunately, the speakers are just passing through the sound and will not let you control the sound that it passes.

There are headphones, even inexpensive ones, that have volume control built in.

Please let me know if this answers your question. Thank you.

Low Volume from headphone jack...

I do not think that this TV does not have a separate circuitry with its volume control for the earphone. If your earphone is mono, are you using a plug that is mono to connect the speaker?
Try using AWG 20 if you could to see if that helps.
Good Luck.
