Try draining all of its power take it to best buy they will call the co. who made it ask for the code and thats it
We had this same problem. Resetting as shown above did not clear the problem up - the "Bluetooth Mode" screen came back up again. However, we were able to fix the player by re-installing the firmware from the Samsung website, even though the version was the same. Hope this helps others also.
