there is no option available for this function in nok 6030,but with a help of damaged headfone you can do this, just cut the wire of your old damaged nokia's headfone form just the pin and then insert only the front pin in the jek of headfone in nok6030 and put the loudspeaker on.... and you get your solution with this little compramise.....
