Sorry, your problem description in the Subject got truncated. Can you please repeat it here? All that appeared is, "200L is stuff in duplexing and jamming someone put..."
The Interrupt button not working, that could be either the membrane or switch beneath the button is worn, or there's another button stuck and interfering with it.

Have you read the Manual on paper removal? It mentions a rear panel that can be removed. That might free up the rollers:
If the paper jam is near the paper input tray:
1. Remove the paper tray.
2. Pull firmly on the paper to remove it.
3. Replace the paper tray.
4. Press the Select button .
5. Resend your print job to print any missing pages.
If the paper jam is not visible:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Lift the printer unit.
3. Firmly grasp the paper, and gently pull it from the printer.
4. Close the printer unit.
5. Turn on the printer, and print the document again.
If the jam is located in the duplex unit or near the rear access door:
1. If you have a duplex unit, remove it.
2. Open the rear access door.
3. Firmly grasp the paper, and gently pull it from the printer.
4. Close the rear access door.
5. Re-install the duplex unit.
6. Press the Select button to continue printing.
If the paper jam occurs near the ADF:
1. Lift the ADF cover located to the left of the ADF input tray.
2. Firmly grasp the paper, and then gently pull it from the printer.
3. Close the ADF cover.
4. Press the Select button .
5. Resend your print job to print any missing pages.
The printer does not support duplex coping. If you want to do manual duplex copying, you can make a copy of the first page. Then reinsert the paper upside down in the manual tray or paper tray, fil the page on the document feeder and make the back copy.
Clean the rollers and clean the clutches mounted in the duplex cover to the rear of the duplexer Also the fuser mite be bad the fuser inter connects with the duplexer
If the your copier machine don`t have the duplex unit for make 2 sided copy to use for 1 sided the paper tray and to 2 side the by pass(manual)paper tray.
Sounds as if when your hitting the interupt button you are interupting a copy job the machine "thinks" it is doing, try clearing the print que on the copier.
This tells me your DUPLEXER is the one causing the jam, Ok like when you open the duplexer do you see the paper in their second does your copier indicae that the duplexer is in stalled ?m print the config page to verify. if it worked ok until this incident then your paper feed tires in your Duplexer is worn and needs to be replaced, do not do this yourself call a Service tech or A dealer to do so, uf your in CT we can help.
