I have just replaced the fuser unit and transfer belt on my Samsung CLP-325. Although i have replaced these items, i am still getting the replace fuser and transfer belt warning. How do i reset the counters to zero, with out installing a chip? I know on the CLX 3175 you can go into tech mode on the printer to reset the counters. Does the CLP 325 have a tech mode? Any help would be muchly appreciated.

If you have the manual for the printer look up how to reset it.
also try unplug and push in the power button, then plug it back in and turn it on. let me know if that works.

probably your best bet is direct from samsung. go to their website, samsung.com and click on contact..give thema ring and simple ask..if they dont have one, they can direct you to the closest place that would have one or places you can order online.
