My Zune won't turn on and it won't charge its pretty much dead. I tried chargiing my zune but it wont charge and last time i tried using my zune it shut off all on its own and now my zune wont turn on or charge
Try buying a new usb cord... it worked for me.
Same problem here, it's done this to me before, the only way that's worked for me is plugging it into a 360, sometimes it fixes it, sometimes it doesn't.
Probly a lemon battery. Get ms to replace it.

Mine won't turn on either there is a reset thing where you hold the up and down button on the Zune and it will start back up but this time not even that will work. I don't understand it nothing happens when I plug it in either.
