I tried to delete some of my songs that I didnt want anymore and were taking up space so I went to my computer and opened up the file of my sansa and went to music and I right cliked on the song that I wanted to delete and this thing pops up that says "could not be deleted the divice has eighther stopped responding or has been disconnected" but it was conected. I tried deleting it other ways but they still show up on my mp3 player if anyone can help me with this problem id apreciate it!

Usually answered in minutes!
Everytime I try to delete a song from my device I get an error message stating that windows cannot delete the files from my device. I went to Windows help and it said to try to disconnect the device and reconnect it but that didn't work. It also said to try resetting the device, but I havn't been able to figure out how to do that.
Where exactly would this pinhole be?
I have the same Problem but that is not the solution because sndisk do not have pin holes u have to manuallt do it i and i dont no how.
