Everytime I try to delete a song from my device I get an error message stating that windows cannot delete the files from my device. I went to Windows help and it said to try to disconnect the device and reconnect it but that didn't work. It also said to try resetting the device, but I havn't been able to figure out how to do that.

Look for a small pinhole and insert a pin to reset the device

Cant put songs on mp3 anymore

how did you delete them?
did you delete them instantly from the file page or through the program they probably gave you with your mp3?

Also, if you removed your mp3 without clicking the "safely remove hardware" button before disconnected your mp3 with the computer, than it may have caused confussion with your hardware.

HELP PLZ

A real pain. Had to go through and retag all the songs that didnt have ID3 tags. After I had done that all worked.
