I have a paper jam and I removed the paper and since then I can not print. The message on my screen is Back Cover Opened when I have closed it properly. What do I need to do. You can notify me the solution through this e-mail address [email protected]. Thank you for your help.
Note Be careful to not force the print head to move.
If the print head is positioned at the far right hand side, you cannot move it. Please contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
Note Use a flashlight if necessary to check thoroughly.
