Infinity tss-1100 sub problem

My sub is cutting on and off, Its operating in LFE mode. If familar with sub it has the red/green light to show it funtion, red off no signal, green reciving a signal from home reciver. So the sub is constantly going red to green to red intermittent or shudder speed cutting my bass in and out. which tells me that the sub is also not going in to 10 minute standby mode when signal is not detected. Normally during the 10min standby mode the sub remains on (green light then after 10 min's goes to red) i switched the coax cable to rule out a bad cable. Im hoping to rule out my home reciver, and if it is the sub can it be repaired/or just buy new

Hey buddy, I have the same system, and although I haven't experienced it on this one, I had the Harman Kardon equivalent to the TSS-750, and the sub did this same thing. It was a loose RCA connection, and, as I was well outside of warranty, I took the amp out of the back and just re-soldered the connection myself. It now functions flawlessly for my bedroom setup. I hope you get it all worked out on your system! I can't imagine using this awesome system without its deep notes!

Keeps blowing fuse in woofer

Seems like the wires inside the woofers are crossed. Open the sub and make sure that there are no bare wires touching. If everything seems OK then the circuitry inside is blown.

Have an existing ts-1100 home theatre infinity speakers

You cannot use this system with one that does not have a Subwoofer or LFE (Low Frequency Effect) output. Unfortunately, this sub doesn't have a line-level (speaker wire) input. Sorry.
