My razor v3 is stuck on the hello screen and do not turn off by pushing the power off button.

is it a blank screen, if it is, the problem with your phone is that the flex on the screen of your phone is weak or damage, that is why your screen did not display.

All you need to do is to replace the flex on the screen of your phone and you will see that your phone screen will display. Change the flex on the screen of your phone as advice and you will see that your phone screen will display.

take out batt hold * & # place batt on and power up once logo comes up release * n # and it will take u to service screen then follow command or just turn off

If u have a Razor (As shown in the picture), If the mini Screen Works(When you close the phone) then then make sure the push down button((Turns off the main screen when you flip the phone closed) is not pushed down while the phone is open.

hello .. m sorry to tell you that Razor V3 hardwares does not support it.. skype work well only in PCs... sry to let u know that... ne ways Cheers!!!

Take the phone in for service.

It has water inside...put the phone in a bag of rice for a few days...It will draw the moisture out..Take your covers off also

you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and hvae them correctly install the firmware back on the phone

try a new battery and also take the phone and have the firmware reflash on the phone to correct this problem

I had the same problem. I sent it back to Motorola for warranty. They fixed it and said it was a connection issue.The connection between the screen and the keys came unplugged. This is a regular problem they have with this phone. The phone is poor quality!!!!

rmorales89 - you need to have the flex cable replace.


skyblue10 - either replaced the fex cable or replace the LCD/screen.


fivelone - yes you will have to pay for it to be fixed..so replace the flex cable
