Please help? Today while my father was driving me home, I decided to turn on the MP3 player and listen to it. It stalled as usual with the logo, but then gave me choices of languages, which it has never done before. Of course, I chose English. After that, I noticed that it was slower than usual, but chose to play a song anyway. It stopped me before the song could even start playing and said 'Synchronize to continue with your music subscription'. I'm too lazy to search for a post that has these details, so I'm writing my own. Please help? I charged it twice, but that didn't work.

I started to have the same problem today and was also getting a "Library Error Encountered...." message. I was able to resolve it by Formatting my player. I lost all my data and settings but now I can put music on it again. To format your player go to the Home menu-Settings-Common Settings-Format
Had this same problem. You need to lock turn off the player. put it into the locked mode and hold down the middle button before plugging it in. Then back up and reformat.
Try removing the battery completely for about 1 minute, then put it back in then try to see if doe shte same thing. Insert another comment on this post and I will respond. Cross your fingers.
