Question about Cuisinart Thermal DGB-600 Grinder
The program light and time flashes but nothing else will work, I tried to push, push hold the other buttons and nothing happens. I just keep getting the flashing program light and flashing time. I even unplugged the unit over night with no success
Listen to this! we called Cuisinart at 1-800-726-0190 and they are going to sihp us a replacement coffee maker and all they are going to charge us it the price of shipping. good news since spending so much for a product. great customer service.

This is a 5 year old solution, but it still works! Customer service will replace non-functioning unit with no proof of purchase if within three years of manufacture. Just call this number, give them the model # and serial # from the bottom of the unit. They will send new unit to you once they receive old one. If outside 3 years, you will need proof of purchase.

yes, I have this same problem. Has ANY solution been offered? I have taken the same steps as the one posted and have not been able to resolve this issue. What solutions have you offered?
Only the program light is flashing, and the time is flashing 12:00 pm
as of 4:00 a.m. this morning our coffee maker is doing the same thing. if anybody has any ideas on how to fix this PLEASE let us know asap.
