or try singer website for a instruction manual
Go to the singer website
At the bottom of the homepage look for instruction manual--click on it
It will take you to another page
In the box put in the model number of the machine (example 1632)
They have one & it's a free download
Go to www.singerco.com and download a free manual for your machine. Just click on customer support and instructions manuals and enter 1632 and there it will be. Good luck and happy sewing. Please rate me, Mary
Take your machine to any sewing store that sells parts and accesories and they will be able to match the bobbin case to your machine. I am still using the bobbins that came with mine but you can pick up the metal bobbins at Walmart for under $4 for 6 of them.
