The fact that the television stays on for hours and other times turns in five minutes shows that your problem is intermitent .A defective component in the power supply is probaly causing the B plus voltage to go up.The TV can also have a dry joint which looks more likley i am curtain if you gave the TV a firm tap to the side when it come off it would come on back. Try it .
One must be very careful of the quality of the replacement lamp. Many of the cheap 'deals' on the web for replacement lamps are substandard. I always recommend that replacement bulbs be the original manufacturers bulb.
