I feel the ribbon is too new to need to be replaced. Is there a switch to have the ribbon tape reversed to run the opposite direction (like the ribbon typewriters used to work)? Thank you.
Are you sure it uses a ribbon? Or does it use an ink roller. If it uses a ribbon it should reverse by it self. Make sure it is installed properly, there is not a ribbon reverse switch it should do it automatically. if its installed right.
