On the Deflection Board CK 3 capacitors cp150 2200uf 16v cp114 cp120 220uf 35v If cp 150 is puffed up top then it is bad so replace all 3 capacitors. Resolder all pinns on FBT too. and make sure second ribbon connector is in good.

2 boards on bottom first board to left Deflection next to it SSB has turners on it board behind SSB is AC board two boards up top regulator on left /right is convergence control board. Deflection board has FBT flyback Transfomer it has 2 wires coming from it RED /Black This supplys high voltage to circuits.

I had sent you a message earlier on it. I see you have posted answers on here and it really sounds like you know what the real problems with this model. It takes repeated attempts to turn it on. When I hold the power button down it will flash a code 19 one blink a pause then nine blinks. It works great once its on.
Is the deflection board the board in front of the board where the power cord enters the back of the TV? There is a tray with 4 boards on it. The deflection board the one with the three capacitors on it? Thanks for your help. Like I said before when the TV is on it works great, just getting it on takes a few tries.
What seems to be wrong with your TV? I will try to help as much as i can.
