My magellan goes to the screen that says magellan and freezes up. What can I do?
Jossie, The cable that connects your hard drive to your main board could be loose. If it's not loose, then it's your hard drive. The only thing you can do (if it's not the cable) is send it in for a new hard drive. Unsure what the costs will be but the magellan logo screen is produced from memory on the main board while anything after that is when the hard drive takes over. -Daniel
