Error log is empty. Unit simply turns off at random. I Scrolled the speed upto 16 mph to test to see if a thermal switch was bad but it wouldn't trip even after 10 minutes of operation at maximum speed. I also turned the incline to bothe extremes -3 and +15 diagnostic menu shows no errors or even no serial number. The treadmill is refurbished. Would that be a thermal reset or fuse? or Maybe something to do with the treadmills belt motor brushes?
LUBE or wax the deck belt, this happen because you do not lube or wax your equipmente according with the schedule maintenance, you must do it, every week. Do it now.use 100% silicone lube-
2) LUBE the rollers bearing too use WD-40 for rollers b only.
3) Test the drive belt motor, and adjust it or replace
4) test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair.see my personal TIPS for troubleshooting helps.
5) test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty. see the block diagram
God bless you

Problem: The incline goes up on its own (e.g., you can run the treadmill and, while using it, the incline just goes up on its own..and I'm not in 'random mode').
What I've done (per the Precor 9.23 service manual):
- initiated the "initialization program"
- "calibrated the lift motor"
- I checked ohm reading on the potentiometer per the Precor manaual. From the board (JK3), the readings are fine (red-to-black = 10, red-to-white plus white-to-black = 10. When I read them from potentiometer itself (the other end of JK3, on the incline motor), the readings are off.
- I have not seen any error codes
