I have tried belkins web site drivers get error code 39 and adapter wont work anyone have the driver for this model and version?

You will need to find the version of the Adapter
And After that Goto www.belkin.com/support
On the top right hand side on the search type F5D9050
On the results select the Link that has the Drivers
Download the Driver for the version of your Adapter
Right click on the downloaded file and select Properties
Click on the compatibility tab
Select Run this Program in compatibility mode for Windows Vista SP1
Click Apply
Now install the Drivers
