Reader Are you able to unplug and your refrigerator remove the back cover that
has the access to the compressor? I need to know if the top of the compressor
is so hot you cannot keep your hand on its top. This tells me if too hot that
the compressor is trying to start and may need start relay and overload. Some
models also have run capacitors. If no problems there then this may point to

When you say the refrigerator is not cooling are you saying only the fresh food section is not cooling but freezer is cooling?
