Horizontal bands The other day I turned on my TV and rather than a normal picture the bottom half was blank there was a picture in the next quarter and the top quarter had some short white horizontal lines. between the bands was a bright line. The picture in the middle band is clear and sound is fine. the position of the bands changes every time I turn on the TV. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

1) you have problem with the Raster
2) the main causes are a) raster b) picture c) sound d) synch
3) since this are not video, the problem is raster. your must
test the voltage from section horizontal out +125vdc+vertical output +80v+all other circuit +12vdc
4) test the power supply for defective. see the diagram attached

Amplitude change and image geometry want change when warming up, buy a canister cold spray and spray some components, Be careful when working at high voltages in the fly-back (horizontal) circuit by crt television, and tripler and Focusing voltage.
