Paperport 11 will no longer load. Asks to insert disks asks for msi file. No longer have disks with me. Problem just started occuring. Worked fine until a few days ago.

This problem occurs due to corruption of data on your computer.
You must reinstall the operating system, you have to check the hard disk to eliminate physical damage on it.
You need to use a computer with Internet access, then go to the MSI WEB site to download the BIOS file for you model motherboard and then copy this BIOS file to an USB memory stick. You and then insert this USB memory stick into your MSI computer and boot up the computer.
the pc is looking for the driver of the program,if you have the program disc ,reloading will clear off the message, but if no disc,go to control panel,open =load,remove icom go down list til you find program, then remove
