Cannot type letters.

Brother GX-6750. I cannot type letters, only some numbers like 2 or 3 and some symbols. It seems to be blocked. Is there any way I can use it? I will appreciate your help. Thanks, Maria

Just had this same problem. I had to reseat the daisy wheel about three times. After each time, press the Code Key and the Reset key together.

First resit the daisy wheel to make sure it is locked in position, if it still typing the wrong letters, make sure the keyboard is set to english, hold down code key and keyboard key together. Good luck!

Check the print wheel to see if any spokes are bent or missing, be sure that you have the proper correction tape (tack free) and that you are not in proportional space or have an international print wheel.
