In most of my company systems cpu fan sound is coming and lot of noise is around to hear. and also my esys systems there is sound card problem. that it is not working means iam not able to hear audio.

Hi, if I understood you right, you main concern is noise from the HSF (heatsink + fan). there are aftermarket HSF available with less noise yet higher fan rpm. you may want to try looking at http://www.tt-itbu.com/ for reference.

Go to the website for the motherboard manufacturer and download the drivers directly from them for your operating system. This will ensure you have the updated drivers.
Your system is probably hanging because of high temperature. Check cpu temperature in bios hardware monitor. If it is to high check the heatsink is fitted properly also apply thermal paste between processor and heatsink.
