I bought a vehicle that had this radio and cd player in it. It does not work. The plug that comes in the vehicle does not fit my sterio. Where can I get a converter and how do I install it myself?

Get a good service manual for your car that shows the wiring for the stereo plug. match up the wires to your JVC's wires (solder tie wire-to-wire behind the car's connector)

If it's an SUV, probably from the hood,
If it's a small car, you might have to get someone to fix it.
