im sorry amanda but it sad to say that there is no other option in deleting your files other than connecting your player to the computer and delete the files in there.

RCA Opal M4002 MP3

Hello:

Maybe you can delete that song by connecting your MP3 to the computer or any pc that is available. Once you have connected, you can browse the file on the drive designated by the computer.

By using the computer you can add more songs or you can delete the song that is not necessary.

may this help..best regards, melnavz

Deleted songs

that's the problem with all MP3 players, when it's overcharged, it will corrupt the songs maybe because to malfuncion the system. The best solution is to redownload the songs that were lost OR if you have back up of those songs on your PC, much better..

trust me, I was experiencing on that before..
