HOW MUCH WATER CAN THE 7000 BTU HOLD. I USUALLY PUT A RUBBER MATERIAL WHERE THE WATER LEAKS FROM SO I WONT HAVE TO PUT A BUCKET UNDERNEATH. HOW LONG CAN I LEAVE IT LIKE THAT FOR BEFORE EMPTYING OUT THE WATER?

Hi, Go to the following website and download the manual. According to the manual, the unit "evaporates" the water and you don't have to empty anything. http://www.haieramerica.com/en/asset/product/96d890cdae

it is "supposed" to evaporate but seems a common problem not only with the 7000btu units but other units as well.

My string keeps going back into and catching underneath the spool. How can I stop this?

Trimmer cord can become brittle and break off prematurely, the material can absorb water and become more flexible, so you should store any new cord in a bucket of water to keep it flexible,

I have a simpson 9.5 kg washing machine an ezi you put powder in and it wont fill you turn the settings to fill and it wont work any ideas i was working fine then now it wont fill up

Power off the machine. Close your wall faucet which brings water into the machine. Unscrew the nut, hold a bag or bucket to collect water coming in from the wall, gently open the water control to see if water flows - the flow should be in good pressure. If it is good, close valve; now open the other end of the pipe going into your machine. You will see a fine filter connected to your machine; clean this out if clogged with an old toothbrush; clean out your pipe too. Refit carefully both nuts, without cross-threading; open the wall faucet to check for leaks. Things should be fine.

on all front loaders, the smell comes from not been used every day, #1, and water sit at the bottom of the drum, is always water in the system from the top of the drain hose to the pump, and they, the manufacture recommend that you use some chemical once per month to clean the unit.
this is what I do. get a bucket of water and bleach 3 water 1 part bleach, get a rug that you do not need any more. wet the rug and with your hand open the door and put the rug unter the rubber around the glass door, in other worth's, the rubber that connects the door to the drum bucket rinclos and water and other material stays there, building mildew, would be good to wear a globe, and clean the inside of these rubber real nice, go around several times to make sure you don't miss a spot., the cloth well come out black means it is loaded. then put the rest of the water and bleach in the machine, add 2 caps of bleach in the machine, fill it to hi and let it stay for 1 hour or more in the drum, then have a gentle cycle, these well clean the rest of the unit. one more thing, if you have members of the family that forget coins or papers in they pocket. may have to do more work to clean and drain the unit, just let me know I well help you.

I got a Whirlpool AW Z 865 dryer. It is a condenser dryer and the water is not going up to the collecting bucket, but remains below and then leaks out and floods the floor when I open the little pull door...

I had a similar problem with a Whirlpool AWZ 8578 Tumble Dryer. The solution was to clean the fluff out of the rubber grommet in the drain hole under the left front of the condenser. Then the water from the condenser could run into the collection container underneath.

I unclogged the GD by removing the pipes underneath and replaced them tightly. GD seems to be working fine now, but water is slowly leaking from underneath the GD! It appears to be leaking from the...

The leak comes from above where water comes out.

Turn off power before touching wet electrical appliance.

Put stopper in disposal.
Fill sink with water.
Check if water is getting through the putty seal at sink connection.

Next, check if water leaks only when dishwasher runs. Dishwasher drains into garbage disposal.

Last, check tailpiece where it attaches to side of garbage disposal. The tailpiece is usually sealed with a rubber washer. When washer is old, it gets deformed, and then it doesn't seal perfectly when put back.

I use rectorseal on all tubular pipe joints under the sink.
Works on both plastic and rubber washers.
It is gooey and sticky.
Brush it all over the washer, use plenty, then assemble pipes.
The rectorseal assures that joint will not leak.

Water leak from my washer underneath i have a Whirlpool Duet SportĀ® HT 3.7 I.E.C. cu

Check the filter, as it may be leaking. To do so, take white panel off the front, put a bucket in front of the unit, unseat the rubber feet holding in the white plug and pull the white plug out, unscrew it, allowing water to run into the bucket, clean filter, check the gasket, as it may need replacement (if so, replace it), then screw white plug back in, push plug back into unit, secure the rubber feet, and replace the front panel.

My kemore dishwasher is holding water after the cycle is over.

Usually it is due to poor draining ie. garbage disposal clogging etc... If it connected to the garbage disposal get a bucket, disconnect drain hose and run rinse and hold drain line over bucket to see if it is draining at all. It should drain completely if it is showing it is trying to drain it is a blockage in the pump underneath. but try the hose first and go from there.

Water Leaking

The seal between the top and the bottom plate has lost it's integrity. First try tightning the 2 screws on the underside of the iron. If that doesn't fix the problem, then you will need to take the iron apart and fix the seal. That will require you to remove those 2 screws and also a third screw that is up by the toe of the iron underneath the sprayer. You will then need to slowly pull the 2 pieces apart becasue the seal is made of a sticky rubber substance. Once you get it apart, you can then distribute the seal material to cover the bad area. Then just put it back together!
