lift the lid. done light indicates that test cycle is complete. If you are getting done light only, all the time, control board is not recognizing that lid was lifted, allowing it to go back to normal operational mode. check lid switch and control board.
mm I would try to make a cleaning head clycle first and then the aling option,, all these you can find on the Utilities from properties option on the printer.
If after these steps you have the same result.. try to change the ink cartridges,
i have thiswm2455hg unit that is to me worthless it doesnt wash the cloths clean i just go through the cycles and the cloths come out spots and not clean it vibrates on spin clycle the cloths look drye when the machine is washing very little suds this is the last front load im getting let me see the agitator in the water not this front load clonker and it stinks after sitting a couple days whats up
Your lid switch is probably broken: Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding down the control panel,then swing it upwards.
Pop the s clips in the rear and remove the lid switch disconnect.
Tip the case forward and remove it.You will now be able to repair the
washer!
