First, look at at the txt msd you receive, and find the phone #..if it displays it, you can block it by searching online, where this # is originating from. Next, you can search the website or link and de-list yourself.

Go your message setting. There is option where you'll save your message and choose save to memory card.
Delete all message in inbox and outbox folder, delete all cache in your browser and close all active applications. Try to send text message.
If the notification "Memory full" still appear you must uninstall a one or more application (not just close it but uninstall it) to make some space in your phone memory. Choose application that you don't use the most.
If the problem persist, format your phone back to factory setting.

This sounds like a virus to me? you say you are receiving that message, please, is it Windows "Telling" you?, or some program "Telling" you? please clarify? svchost, is not something that should be deleting anything...Both TCIP & netbt are VERY important part of Windows, so I do NOT think, it should be allowed.

With certain webcams there are actually 2 parts of the application to look for, one of them is going to be the console which is what you have found the other one will have various names but is often called the "Centre" which is what will actually run the cam for you. If this was uninstalled before you purchased it, you should be able to re-download the entire application from Dell's website. I would recommend uninstalling the console before you download the new software package.

ok my friend you have few steps to do

first you will need to disable all the security settings.
second turn off firewall.

if first and second wont work.
third reinstall the webcam.
