I have a 45/6975 all sport watch and have lost the directions for setting alarms. Can I get a copy of the manual directions.

You can get instructions from the Amitron web site.
Copy "www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp" into your search engine
and you will see a list of illustrations of watches and associated
instructions.

You can get instructions from the Timex web site "timex.com".

At the bottom of the screen click on "manuals/downloads", then on "product
manual download"

Enter your watch type in the search box and click on "search"

You need to press button A to enter the time setting mode and then press C.

This is the link for the whole manuual instead of just telling you how to turn off the alarm you said you lost the mnaual so I thought you might want to be able to have it.

Armitron alarm/chrono
1.To set the time hold the mode button until the alarm flashes, then hit it one more time and the time will flash to be changed. Once the alram or time is flashing use the ST/STP button to navigate between hour, minute, month, day and day of the week, the ADJ button changes the numbers.
2.While holding down the ADJ button use the ST/STP button to turn off the hourly CHIME and the ALARM chime.
