Camera suffers from serious problems. needs to be repaired or would be cheaper to replace this model.

SOURCE: Kodak v803 wont turn on

i had the same problem, if you try to turn the lens in as if you turning a dile, the lens will go back in manually once you have the lens completly in again, as if the camera is switched off, then turn the camera back on at the power button and the camera will operate as normal, this worked for me i hope it works for you too.

SOURCE: screen turns black after taking a picture

If the cam has never been dropped i would suspect a software issue.
Check the manual and see if there is a master reset, if so try it and see if that solves the issue. if not i would tend to think you will need service.
As i doubt there is little that can be done from the outside of the cam to
correct the problem.

SOURCE: My Kodak V1233, isn't working right. If I turn it

Make sure that you are installing a fresh/ full charge battery
Remove the battery
Clean the metal contacts on the battery using a clean cloth

Pls test with an alt. batt.
If you do not have access to a dif. battery.
Pls. take the batt out of the camera. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the batt. If not you will need to order a No power repair.

DSC-HX5, Lens is Stuck in Zoom out mode. Turn On works but screen stays black. Automatically turns off after 10-20 seconds.

Since there is nothing you can do to fix this at home you have 2 choices, replace the camera or send it back to the manufacturer for exchange (very expensive)

Fujifilm finepix j38 series reads zoom error and wont take a pic.

If you have some skills, you can open the camera and cline your zoom lens with toothbrush and compressed air. Try to separate zoom lens from the electric motor. usually is 2 or 3 screws. You will see a lot of sand inside the camera and lens. And next time when you will go to the beach, you will take more care about your camera.
Solution 2, and more easy is to buy another zoom lens from ebay.Or another camera same model with broken LCD or other technical problem than zoom lens.

Iphone freezing when i took a call now wont go back

I use my iphone as my alarm. The alarm won't off but when I went to shut it off and touched the OK button it wouldn't do anything. It froze! The screen went black with the "Snooze & Ok" buttton is still showing. I tried turning it off but it won't shut off. The only buttons that's working is the volume and the silent button. I can still receive calls but can't hear them...

I have a very nice 35 mm nokia camera with a zoom lens and lately when i get the pics developed, the pics come back blank or black. what could be the problem?

Black pictures mean under exposed or un- exposed film

Underexposed film can mean incorrectly set up or metering failure
Un exposed film simply means the shutter has failed
Open camera and look through the back and operated the shutter
Does it work?

I can not take pictures

update, possible solution..
I pulled the batteries for 24 hours, attempting to force a reset of the camera. Today it worked, took pictures and zoomed just fine. I shut it off after about 10 pics and turned it back on and back to the start... Took the batteries out for a few minutes and put it back in and back in business. Hope this helps at least get SOME functionality out of it. This won't serve as a long term solution for me, but perhaps will lead towards a full answer.

Canon sd450 - spilled a little lemonade on the camera

maybe the lemonade was sticky and the shutter can't open? otherwise the circuitry could have been fried if you turned it on before it dried inside.
