Water supply to the dishwasher is done through an electromagnet valve, located at the pipe's enterance to the machine. Test that it get power (with a multi- meter). In case it get power and dosen't work - You can easyly open the valve and clean it (from scale or other dirt). Be aware you should disconnect the power cable from the machine before doing it !!!!!
Check as well for valve's coil resistance. In case you have no resistance measurement - you should replace for a new valve.

Fault Condition: Not filling with water
Repair or Check: If the water supply cut-off valve on the dishwasher is completely open but the dishwasher will not fill with water then shut off the water supply and unplug the dishwasher. Remove the water fill line and check to see if the water inlet screen valve is plugged up. If so then replace the water valve. Cleaning the screen can make the issue worse so always replace if the screen is clogged. The valve can get stuck open from gunk and therefore flood or overfill.

Check the drain line underneath the sink. It should be suspended just below the counter top. If it is too low, water from the sink will back fill into the dishwasher. If the drain is OK,then the dishwasher water valve is defective.

Here is a tip that will help you to find out why water will not come into the
Dishwasher Trouble No Water entering Dishwasher
its not uncommon to have water at the end of the programme providing the results are ok dont worry. most of the water is the drying steam condensing and running back to the sump. the dishwasher pumps this out at the begining of the next prog.
you need to check the water solenoid valve. if you follow the water line coming into the dishwasher you will find the valve(first spot in the water line with two wires coming from it) if you pull the wires off you should see 110 v when it is trying to fill with water if you do then test the valve for continuity.
make sure there is not air in the line and that the cage where all the water drains down into in not blocked or clogged. so first take the drain line out and completely empty it out. next ck the inside where the water falls down into to drain and ck for stoppage.
