Samsung PN50B450B1DXZA will not power up. When I try to power it on, it makes a clicking sound and then nothing for 10-15 seconds and another clicking sound. The Red LED on the front flashes when it clicks but nothing ever appears on the screen. I removed the back of the TV and inspected Capacitors but do not see any that look to be bulging. When I try to power it on with the back off, I see a green light quickly flash on a logic board just below the power supply board. Are these clues helpful in determining where my problem might lie? Does it sound like the power supply board or something else?

SOURCE: Samsung LN-T2632H won't turn on.

Follow these steps to figure out what problem is.
When you turn on TV, look at the back and see if the back light on. If it is on, the power supply and inverter work fine. The suspection now is main board and T-con board (the small board on the middle-top of the panel)
To find the problem from the main board or not. Look at the power supply and measure Vs on - turn on the TV, this approx 5 vlt DC needs constant once you turn on the TV. If it is drop or unstable - main board problem - replace it.
If Vs on is good - disconnect the T-con cable from the power sup. If power sup stop clicking - T-con need replacing. Hope it help.

Trying to figure out why my samsung plasma tv clicks when I try to turn it on

Do yourself a big favor and just replace the TV, replacing parts is just to costly and in most cases it doesn't fix the problem.

Samsung monitor picture clicks off after 2-5 seconds...

Yes, It sounds like the backlight inverter circuit is shutting down. No inverter power, no backlight. On some monitors the inverter circuit will shot circuit the power power supply which makes the power light flash on some it just kills the backlight. You can usually check with a flashlight. Hold the flashlight pointed at the screen and see if you can see any of the icons or background picture. If you can then it is the backlight circuit or backlight tubes, usually the circuit.

No picture, no sound?!?!

This could be a number of things. Your lamp could be bad or it needs to be reseated to the ballast. The lamp is trying to light and it will make the ballast flicker (that is the clicking sound) or your ballast is bad and it needs replaced (it will flicker and click too). Or your color wheel is broken and it will make a clicking sound when turning. If the color wheel is not spinning or broken it will not light the lamp. No lamp no picture.
