Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Scratches I've read plenty about how effective Ice Creme is for removing scratches from IPods. My question is, does Ice Creme remove scratches from the SanDisk e200? Does it damage it? Is there any other plastic scratch remover that has proven effective for the SanDisk e200? Thanks.

Use "plain-jane" toothpaste, preferably the blueish greenish kind, Works Wonders! don't be afraid to put a little elbow grease into it.

Good luck.

My ice cream maker spins but not making icecream

* Ice cream makers are small tub partial filled with cream, sugar, and flavor.
* This cream tub is placed inside a larger bucket containing ice and salt (usually rock salt). The salt makes the melted water almost as cold as the ice. (colder than regular unsalted water)
* Creme in contact with the metal tub gets frozen and creates a layer of frozen creme around the tub.
* The frozen creme is soft due to the fat in the creme preventing the liquid from freezing hard.
* Scraping away the semi frozen cream allows more liquid cream to freeze on the cleaned sides of the inner tub.
* with continuous scraping the cream will form a semi frozen "Milkshake" like thick liquid. It will not harden as the large ice bucket would have melted all the ice by then.
* Remove the semi-frozen cream. Serve immediately or pack in container to continue freezing cream. It should harden when left over nite in freezer.
* Using bucket;
* Using bowl;
* Using Ziplock;
* Enjoy!

Open a command prompt and remove all file bits.Windows Button > type CMD and press enter.
  • CD <drive letter:\> press enter
  • attrib -R -A -H -S <file path\file name>

This will clear the read-only bit, archive, system and hidden bits.

Also right click the file and go to security and make sure you have write permission to the file.

How to remove and replace oil pump on a 2000 harley davidson sportster

To remove the oil pump from a Sportster. First drain the oil tank. Disconnect and mark all hoses. Plug the hoses to keep oil from leaking out and contamination from entering. Remove the four bolts that hold the oil pump into the engine and allow it to drop down.

Now, I don't know if they've changed anything since the early '90's on the bikes but they say you can get the oil pump out without having to remove the engine. I've found this not to be true. I didn't have to completely remove the engine but I did have to take the engine loose from the frame at both the front and rear to get the pump out of the engine. I couldn't even get the two rear bolts out without doing this. Hopefully they've made it to where you can get the pump out.

Now, comes a question. Why do you want to take the pump out? On the late models, they've done away with those aggrevating pins that kept shearing. The only late model pump that I've had to deal with had trash in the inlet fitting and stopped the oil flow into the pump. Someone had tried to stop a leak in the oil tank by putting "Creme" fuel tank coating in the oil tank. Never do this. The "Creme" coating is not effected by the oil but it is by the heat. Hot oil is not good for the stuff. It gets brittle, flakes off, and plugs the inlet of the oil pump. Just pull the bottom plate off and clean it out.

Good Luck

Black Sink - white haze

A lot of the soaps and things that we put into our sinks can cause tiny scratches into the glaze. That's what is causing the "haze" you are describing. It's not something that can be lifted off but might be buffed out. I would recommend contacting Kohler and asking if the sink can be buffed successfully. They may be able to give you some contact numbers of people that can repair the sink if it can be. I wish I could offer some more advice but you might be heading towards a replacement instead. Good luck to you!

Sandisk sd/transflash disk

oh dear, formatting the drive may have caused all your files to be erased. usually when formatting it, it will warn you that doing so will remove all files on the device. try putting the card into the computer to see if the files are still there. if they are, you may need to transfer them onto a new portable storage device that can be recognised/read by your printer. hope this helps :)
