Most probably the problem is the power supply module. The problem can be replacement of a cheap varistor, or an expensive voltage requlator IC. You have to call a technician and regardless of what part is damage, the cost will depend on the person who is doing the repair.

OK I bought a 91 integra a few days ago. the lights on the car worked fine but last night while driving, my dash and tailights went out. checked fuses and it was blown. problem is when i put in new one it...

This sounds like a dead short, you will need to check the wiring and make sure no wires are touching, check each wire one at a time. it sounds like someone was messing around with the wiring. this sounds like an alarm or remote starter, the alarm if bad will blow the fuse, try removing the relays and install fuse and see if it blows, this will tell you if its one of the relay, also look for a box, follow that wiring up and see if it goes to a box with connectors if so remove the connectors from it and see if that helps.

72 inch rear projection tv took a power surge last

if ure handy pop the back off and there should be a main power board and a fuse on it, make sure you use the same fuse if it is blown do not stick another type or size in it, put it back together and turn it on if it blows again it will be somthing else if not it should work

Right head light will not work. new bulb on 2001 chrysler town and country

you're my last question of the night. If you put it in, you probably touched the bulb with your fingers. the oil from your hand will stay on the bulb. when you go to cut it on, POP! It blows. Try a new bulb, use latex or jersey gloves to install.it. put dielectric grease on bottom of bulb before plugging back up.<p>
If this will not work, replace bulb socket. good luck and good night.

Yes, apparently fuse is blow off. You need to take off back cover of TV and follow AC cord to reach on power supply board.
Get service manual from Manual Zone for small fee, if you need detailed technical info and schematics of TV.

Bulb went out

This maybe a McGuyver thing. Last thing you want to do is block the air flow to cool down your TV set. I would blow out all the dust, get a HEPA filter for house ventilation, get a computer cooling fan. Cut and put the filter in front of the fan, make the fan blow in to the TV vent in the back, that way it blows clean air in and keeps dirty air out. I hope that's one good idea.

RCA big screen tv

whenever fuse blows every time it is the indication of short circuit in tv. so please do not put fuse unless you know the cause of blowing fuse. these are the reasons of blowing fuse. 1 main filter cap.short. 2 rectifier diode short. 3 swithing transistor short 4 horizontal output transistor short 5 caps & diodes connected to flyback transformer short. 6 print short. 7 at last if every thing ok then flyback transformer defective. hope this will help. if you are not a tech person call skilled tech to fix it. good luck
