You can try reformatting your player, which would free up nearly all of your disc space and get rid of any files you don't want. But, remember that the Lyra has system files that it needs in order to run. The reformatting won't get rid of those, and I wouldn't recommend trying to delete them manually. Hope this helps!

Rca 2763 fm corruppted file

There a few ways to handle a corrupted file. You can manually delete all the songs, and inspect the id3 tags to see if you can isolate the corrupt file (long and tedious approach). You can upgrade the firmware on the player, which will result in all songs being deleted, and missing files being revised/added in some cases (I would recommend this approach, but it is not a guaranteed fix). You could also format the player, which will delete all songs and resolve the corruption at least temporarily (but this carries a risk - you may end up deleting critical files, which may or may not be able to re-added later). The choice is yours - good luck!

Deleting songs on player e250R

Step One
Connect the USB cable to your Sansa MP3 player, then hook the other end to a free USB port on your computer.

Step Two
Give the computer time to recognize the Sansa MP3 player. Once it has, double-click on the MP3 player’s icon to view the music files stored to memory.

Step Three
Scroll through the list of audio files until you find the ones that you wish to delete from the Sansa MP3 player.

Step Four
Click on single items or click and lasso multiple files.

Step Five
Right-click on the highlighted files to pull down an action list and from there select Delete. The computer will ask if you really want to throw the file away. Select OK.

Step Six
Exit from the window, then disconnect the USB cable from the Sansa MP3 player. The player will automatically turn off. The memory will update the first time you turn the player on after deleting songs.

I hope that helps!!

File error

Try a reset and see if it corrects itself. hit menu, settings, scroll to reset all, select yes. This won't delete any files, but it should clear up the song transfer problem. If that doesn't work you may have to reformat the device which will erase all data on it. But then you can start fresh again.

Digital mp3 player

the file you are trying to copy might not be an mp3 file. mp4 files, and i-tunes files will not open on an mp3 player, they only show up as data. quite simply, you need an audio converter.
