Dvd player screen says 'loading' and will not read disc.
Is it the correct type of disc? Whilst these devices will play almost all 'commercial' disks In many cases 'burned disks' Cumputer Data disks and audio disks are a No No The manual/packaging will tell you which. You could try a Lazer cleaner disk. Failing that it looks as if the device is failing and needs replacing - I doubt if there is a repair option.

My husband bought the player in the states and brought it home to S.A.
Of course all our dvds are the wrong region. At this point i need to copy the discs region free to watch them.
To top it all we have misplaced the remote for the machine.
Help????
Screen says "loading," but is never loaded and we are unable to watch a DVD.
