SOURCE: Ice maker panel came loose on LG LSC26905TT fridge
Hello,
Please use the attched link to get the service and user manuals for your fridge. There are exploded views there as well so that should provide you suffiicient information to reinstall your panel. You can also get part numbers etc for replacements if that is necessary.. Hope this helps you...

Colenoid in the ice dispenser may be clogged or have a small amount of trash in it. Is there a filter on before the fridge (just after the ice maker shutoff)?

you can look to see if something from the freezer dropped into the chute? it may have blocked the exit. Is this all new ice or has it been a while since you used it? Maybe the auger in the bin is stuck?
SOURCE: LG refrigerator won't dispense water any more
The water line is freezing in the door due to deteriorated insulation. The only fix I have found to work on my fridge was to defrost the inside door with a blow dryer. Then place a weedeater replacement line (the orange 10" or so size you find at Lowes' or Home Depot) up through the dispenser nozzle, If the line only travels about 3-4 inches up the nozzle, then ice is still in the tube. Blow dry it until you are able to get water to dispense. After the tube is ice-free, place the weedeater line up throuth the dispenser nozzle leaving about 1/8" sticking out. The dispenser will still work with the line stuck in it. The dispenser will probably freeze again in about 8 hours, But all you need to do each time this happens is to pull the weedeater line out, dispense the water to unclog the ice, and place the weedeater line back in the nozzle. I have been using this method for about a week now and it works great. My GE Side-by-side is also 4 years old and this seems to be a problem with all of them. There is a part you can order to fix the problem, but I have heard it may not work.

How can you tell it isn't just the water solenoid switch? By the fact that the light doesn't turn on? And are there instructions for installation that come with the part? Thanks.
