I got this player and plugged it in my computer to charge the computer wasn,t chargeing, so i plugged it in the ac and a hour glass appeared on the screen and now it won't do nothing. Can't find a reset button ,turned off and on still has hour glass.
Someone bought and brought me one Winbel (R) MP3/MP4 Player from Athens, Greece. Few weeks later he complained about this player's volume control button behaving like it's frozen. This problem was intermittent offcourse. A while later, I did some voice recording that may have lasted up to 2 hours. Since then I have been unable to use it because it doesn't charge, and when you plug in the charger, the hour glass comes on the screen and that's all. It doesn't run the POST when you try to switch it on.
I would be really glad if someone could help me with a solution.

Some things to check for when your player does not act like its taking a charge.
USB Cable Make sure that the USB cable is properly plugged in and use the original cable that came with your player.
Computer in Hibernation mode Make sure the computer isn't entering hibernation or sleep mode while the device is connected. The computer must be ON in order to charge your player.
USB Port 2.0 Make sure the player is connected to a USB 2.0 port (1.1 occasionally causes charging problems).
USB Port location Try plugging into different USB ports (i.e. USB port in the back of the computer); occasionally the front USB ports have limited power to charge up the device.
Battery Make sure the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery.
Latest firmware Depending on what player you have, make sure it's up to date with the latest firmware.
AC charger (optional) AC chargers (sold separately) have a 500-1000 milliamp max output, which provides much better charging ability than a USB port.
Depending on your MP3 brand and model .
But normally it will full charged in range (1 - 3 hours) by AC plug in adapter.
If longer than that, meaning you've got problem with battery. It may wear down already.
the cap over the USB plug and insert the unit into the USB port of a
desktop or laptop computer. The computer will recognize the Sansa
Express as a new hard disk drive.
the battery icon on the upper right of the screen. The battery icon
will fill in with color as the unit charges. When the icon is filled
in, the charge is complete. The unit will fully charge in about 3 hours
as long as the desktop computer or laptop is powered on.
the unit into the USB port of a car or AC adapter and then plug the
adapter into an AC outlet or an auto cigarette lighter socket, as the
case may be. The Sansa Express will charge in about 3 hours.
I'm using T sonic 840. For the first time even I don't know how to operate. Now I know every nook and corner about T sonic 840
When you start charging The animation appears, When you switch off the charging, you can see goodbye animation.
Now you press the play button for four to five seconds, and the T sonic will be switched on. I just want to let you know the functionality of the scroll button. You can scroll down, scroll up and even you can press the button like play button and record button.
When switched on the page will be at Music. Now just press the scroll button, now the mp3 player will be started.

Keep your mp4 player turned OFF while charging and keep it in for an hour. Let it charge up. If that doesn't work something else will - Follow these directions carefully!
1. GENTLY hold your Craig MP4 player in hand. 2. Walk over to window and hold it near sunlight for 2 minutes. 3. Shake it gently 3 times. 4. GENTLY place it down and wait 2 minutes. 5. Grab mp4 player and smash it into trash can.
