The C31 indicates that there is a motor movement problem. I don't have the manual handy at the moment, but the :23 will indicate which movement is having the problem. This is not typically a DIY repair. I woul d strongly suggest that you check the fixed repair cost from a Sony authorized service center. This will not only repair the unit, but also reset it back to factory specifications.
I'll look up the error code tonight and try to update this.
The tab is on the back of the video tape, it keeps you from recording over recordings that you have previously made on that particular tape. I hope this helps.
If u have sony handycam then u got data cable for transferring data.
Use it for that u donot need any type of drivers for using that.
Otherwise use memory card reader if it is.
Dear sir,
If u seeing image properly ( Blur image ). In main board or sub board some components will be leakage. This leakage will form, if the camera not use for a long time.
If the image is not clear then the CCD may be defective. For CCD failure SONY company will give u free service & spares for this camera model.
(only for CCD failure)
